A collection of information for the Special Community of Pakistan envisioned to provide resources for parents, teachers, schools, and other professionals, individuals, groups, and organizations involved in the education / support of students with special needs.	The Project "Information & Communication Technologies Assisted Learning Tool for The Deaf In Pakistan" has been funded through the Pan Asia ICT R&D Grants Programme award. The Project aims to extend and promote Pakistan sign language (PSL) through the Information & Communication Technology (ICT ) medium for enhancing the deaf education and learning.
